No, he is not dead. I wouldn't see a reason for him to because he is young, and I honestly don't think he had any health issues. I just know he smokes, and I'm sure he still does. The only news I heard about him recently (Wednesday) is about Kristen Stewart cheating on him.. I hope this was somewhat helpful
