Heaven and Hell are very real places. Heaven will be more wonderful than anything experienced on earth, and Hell worse than the most awful thing experienced on earth.
Some people have been given real visions of heaven and/or hell or experienced one of them in near death experiences. These four videos show examples.

So you are asking if being murdered would earn them forgiveness for sins, NO. But if they accept God as their Savior at the time of death they might be able to get to heaven eventually. We have no proof anyone is actually in hell except the fallen angels.
He would go to hell if that person was "bad." It makes no difference who kills the "bad" person. hell is determined by a persons actions, not others. The person who murdered the "bad" person would also go to hell.

Hell is a Medieval invention, the Bible literally doesn't mention a Hell, in any way, shape, or form, so nobody's going to Hell.
The price for our sins is death.
What does that mean.... it means that when you die, you paid for your sins, and you get a chance to choose God.
They would go to hell, well that's if hell exist but I'm not gonna go that way.
so if a really bad person who will most likely go to hell if they died like other people, was attacked by a murderer that murdered him/her, would they go to hell or heaven?
