What drug war? It brings in too much money, the United States and Europe are two of the biggest consumers of illicit drugs in the world.
No better than it won the alcohol war in the twenties. Until there is no demand for drugs nothing will stop the use and distribution of them legally or illegally.
Absolutely not when there are so many users, pushers, and suppliers amongst the global community.
