When I turned 18, that Christmas there was a brand new BMW sitting in the driveway with a bow on it and a card addressed to me. My parents bought me a BMW for Christmas! Only after Christmas dinner did they inform me that the car was a rental and had to be back after New Years.
We still laugh about it.
