That's possible. It explains why Kate's gun is missing.

I also think that Gabi shot Nick. Gabi was upset that Abigail was perturbed by Nick. She probably realized that Nick would never relinquish the control he had over her. These are some of the reasons why I think that she was the one who killed Nick.
What I do not know is why the hit man, who was in the park, never saw who shot Nick!
I think Gabi to yet I think that it will be to obvious. I think it will turn out to be the person we least suspect. I think we can safely mark Sunny, Will, and Kate off the list. They are also pointing the finger at Lucas to soon for it to be him.

I felt like Gabi was so guilt ridden last time she felt she killed him. I don't know if she'd put herself through that again. The only person we know for sure DIDN'T do it is the one person that should've. The hitman.
Im confused myself ... I want to think Gabi killed him. Im thinking who would be the least person to kill Nick.. I bet it was one of his close relatives. Go figure that one out.
I've been saying Gabi. But was it with the Kiriakis gun? I have a hard time seeing her finding it that fast and using it; it had just been put there shortly before. And wouldn't Sonny have noticed it had been used? Maybe not considering even the cops searching a crime scene can't find papers in a bush, a necklace under the edge of a sofa, nor a cell phone.
Has to be Gabi. She found the gun that Sonny was hiding and used it to kill Nick. She'll be sent away to prison and off the show. What do you think?
