If I was presiding over the case he'd be going to jail indeed, for me it's pretty black & white. But I really don't know what the judge will decide, sure s/he must hear all the evidence from both sides first but then the spotlight is on him/her and they'll have to show the world how South Africa deals with it's celebrities who are accused of murder but unequivocally guilty of manslaughter
Definitely guilty as sin.and biggest effing LIAR ever.also his defense lawyer,should be prosecuted for condoning those lies.If he gets off there is something seriously wrong with Justice system.The Whole World Knowes he is GUILTY>
