Well to start with they wouldn't have sent a ambulance if you had told them u had a paper cut you shouldn't Have call 999 for a Paper cut and they should have called the police but I never heard of them taking you off the system so you can't call 999 in a actual emergency but they may put you on the System for if you call 999 they will be able to see the call you mad about the Paper cut!

I called 911 cause i got a paper cut! When they arrived they got mad and said i have a paper cut which i already knew -.- now they have disconnected my house number from their system so we can't get to them! What shall i do? Sue maybe?
