No, I think if it what North Korea it would be more advanced then that all that was a simple bomb that is meant to only take out your lower body yes, there were some deaths but that's probably because they were right next to bomb, some people are saying its terrorist but it could also be a psychopath which if I'm right means they lack empathy and sometimes because of this they express very violent behavior or it could just be some crazy person who decided to bomb Boston on this certain day, it could be a terrorist but there are so many other possibilities as to who did this and why
Definitely not North Korea. Formal military forces don't cobble together IEDs. Even North Korea would be able to use an actually military explosive. And they would probably aim for a presidential assassination, or other high profile action against the government.
There is no evidence to indicate the culprits yet. Nobody can make any informed guesses yet.
Because of the date and the location, I'm thinking a tea part anti-government person did it.
