Salad, dinner, and dessert? I grew up in Oklahoma and have never heard of the three forks.
Wagoner, Muskogee, and Cherokee counties, was the site of significant Euroamerican settlement in Oklahoma.
I believe it is a spot in Oklahoma where three different rivers converge to make one river that supposedly looks different from the individual rivers that make it or perhaps they make a lake one of the two. It's also the name of a harbor. Google it for more info.
