The U.S. got an excuse to have war with Muslims (A dream of Jews). And to get oil control of Middle East (back-bone of Europe and U.S. economy).
So overall, the 9/11 benefited U.S. more then any other incident. It was in fact a jackpot for Americans.
It heavily influenced the country, but a tragedy like that is never a good thing.
9/11 killed hundreds of innocent people, ruining their families forever. In no way was that a good thing.
The extreme Islamists (who carried out the attacks) would hardly give warnings to Jews,now would they? Thats silly.It had nothing to do with americas internal affairs.It was an attack of revenge on the civilised world because they blame us for all their own self inflicted problems (like 7/7 was)

The US condones homosexuality, illegal immigration, interracial marriage. After 9/11, it seems that people have started to wake up to many of the social problems that we had all come to accept and even embrace. Perhaps 9/11 was the wake up call that we needed. However, the ghost in the room that no one wants to talk about is the fact that so many jews seem to have known in advance and escape before it happened. Perhaps they knew something we didn't courtesy of our buddy Israel. Anyway, was 9/11 good for America?
