The parents should never have left her alone in an hotel room in a strange country with her little sister without a baby sitter-doesn't matter if they are in the hotel restaurant that is not beside the room where the children were and they could not keep an eye on them....I hope parents around the world learn from this..
Forgotten? Are you serious. This story is never forgotten it gets wheeled out in the press every year. Plenty of kids go missing and never get the coverage this family do.
I think she is dead. We will never know if ehr family were involved or not but if they hadn't of left her while they were drinking with friends we would never have even of heard of them. The parents should have been prosecuted for neglect. Aside from maddie they left TWO other kids too, who were even younger. Thats bad parenting, pure and simple.
I just can't get over why they'd leave their children alone and not pay out for proper childcare. Its not like they didn't have the money. That fact makes me feel there is an air of suspicion over the parents.
I don't know what happened to her. I am certain her parents know far more than they are letting on,
on hols people got into a debate.....some reckon the parents did it....too much medicine....others reckon she was "made to order" by a paedophile ring. what are your views? why either way does it seem forgotten.....like would they have let a single parent off the hook so easily had she left her kids alone.....and why has it not happened since? what is the really story behind madeleine missing do you think?
