It gives them many more rights in Britain,than any other Union.
WOW, just wow, I didn't realise we had bigots here. Nevermind, yes they should join a union, to choose to leave their native country, go through all the paperwork, using all that timme and energy to find a job in a country where they barely speak the language. I couldn't do it, I can't speak Czech for example so I wouldn't even consider going to the Czech Republic for work. They should be congratulated and paid an equal wage, it's shocking that after all they've chosen to do they get treated so badly. People joke about ALL Eastern Europeans being hard working, that's clearly untrue, only the ones willing to drop everything are hard working, the less intelligent, lazier ones are back home content in their current jobs or take the Government hand out.
I don't think so In remember when the Labour party was in power and were backed by the power full unions. how it was the unions that held the country to ransom , We had rubbish piled high up in the streets with rats running wild, three day week We had no electricity for four days a week.small shops were going bankrupt. Dockers were throwing food and fruit overboard as it was roting in the holds as they were refusing to move it. they were screwing they own people to get more and more. Why do you think the docks closed down because countries got pissed of with our unions , coal was priced out of the market because of high wages. Please don't give me that about unions are for the good of the people they don't care about the people only there unions. they were and are no better than the Tories both out for there own ends
Swapping one exploiter for another exploiter is not the solution.
If they feel they are being exploited they have several options that can stop it, including:
Change jobs
Return home
By joining a union they are only paying for the privilege of being exploited. See: Bob Crowe, ￡125K + gold plated pension + expenses AND living in Social Housing meant for those on low income and in need. Need I say more?

Yes definitely, if everyone asked for a decent fair living wage then no one would have an unfair advantage when it comes to job hunting. It would also stop unscrupulous employers from creaming off more profits and ducking their responsibility to pay holiday and sick pay as everyone is on a temporary contract.
They have a very powerful one it is called the Labour Party.
