You can not KNOW if OBL is alive or dead. The larger point of your question is the fact that most people reading it will admit to a lingering doubt. Beyond that is the matter of the complete loss of trust by the people in the Am. govt.
The loss of trust, the broken Social Contract (look it up), between the usa citizens and the usa govt makes it difficult to govern responsibility, and will lead to a police state and fascism if the govt wishes to keep in power. That is the pattern working now.

A number of SEALs and then medical personnel and other experts examined the body and they even compared his DNA to that given by his relatives. It was Bin Ladin, all right.
I haven't seen any evidence that he's dead, although i haven't seen any that he's alive either, perhaps it will remain a mystery

According to what I have heard about Bin Ladin's death, when the soldiers found him, they claimed that they killed him. But a friend of mine told me that he thinks that Osama Bin Ladin still lives. His reasons were that no one actually witnessed them kill him. He told me that the soldiers faked his death either because they were secretly working for Bin Ladin or the soldiers were too proud to admit that they had failed the mission. What do you think?
