A 11/2 inch deep slit to the throat 6 inches long.
29 stab wounds.
A gun shot to the head.
At what point of the above did it stop being self defense.
This was a premeditated murder.The stalking,the hair dye,the stolen gun from the Grandparents,three five gallon cans of gas in the trunk.
I still struggle with "Rage over a dropped camera"She didn't total out a vintage 66 Corvette.She said she dropped a camera,which sent Travis into a rage.

Her story just doesn't make sense.
At first I thought what number 4 said about being a nut but now I kinda feel sorry for her.Life in prison won't be a cake walk.Why are they asking so much about her sex life any way?The bad part is she seems almost proud of her sadistic behavior.I think she's guilty by reason of insanity.Good luck Jodi.
Apparently Jodi Arias has taken the concept of breaking off a relationship to a whole new level. She requires verbal communication skill training. She needs to learn to say, " It's over." She needs to learn to say this, and leave her toys alone. Can't say as I see much of a future in trying to start a physical relationship with her. Well, maybe, if you don't fall asleep when she's around, it might be OK.
Guilty. Definitely.
She has made up so many lies already- at first saying she didn't do it; stating that men came into the home and murdered him and threatened to kill her. And now she's saying it was self defense. She stabbed him in the back first- he wasn't attacking her as she claims he was. Also, there is no history of abuse of any kind according to friends, family, and police records. I am 99% sure the verdict will be guilty.
She has already confessed to the murder. Now, it's just a matter for the jury to decide the punishment. I personally don't believe that she will get the death penalty. I DO believe that this case has turned out to be an R rated day-time soap opera that the judge has let go on MUCH too long!
The syringe is in the fridge waiting, of course shes guilty. The truth prevails, it has been punched around but the truth is that she murdered with pre meditation. Guilty beyond any any reasonable doubt,she deserves the death penalty.
