First, it is no longer a hurricane, it has progressed to a 'super storm'...hasn't been one like 'Sandy' in 100 or more years!
When i think of 'Katrina', i am reminded of the lack of action thatBush gave those people, because president was on vacation! Incredibly apathetic, pathetic and cruel.
President Obama has acted quickly and compassionately. This president cares and his actions show that.
Anyway, that's what comes to mind.
Vote for the president that CARES, OBAMA!
It's bigger, and different since there is a hurricane plus another large storm. The damage will be difficult to tell for several days to come. I think it's worse than people are realizing yet.
With Sandy the President was on the ball. With Katrina the President was out to lunch.
A vast landscape and the devastation is obviously spread out over the many states. This is a "Storm of the Century" -- at least for the early portion of this century.
just the size of it and the more populated areas affected, otherwise not much because katrina was more stronger in winds and devastating
It's big, a lot of destruction and has already caused fatalities. Very sad.
it covers a vaster area but is not a hurricane
bigger, this is apparently the biggest storm in over 20 years.
