Is this what you mean ? It depends how its worded but they are certain to ask you for a credit or debit card which will come into effect as soon as your free trial ends. They expect people to forget. If you dont want to pay after the trial you must carefully note down the date and tell them a few days before you dont want to continue. They should not take any payments,but these direct debits are a great worry. Dont sign up unless you are certain its reputable.

Don't pay anything. They may use negative billing and frankly, it's a royal pain in the kabosh when you try to get out of a "free" trial period.
