Hey, You Conservatives Out There:?

People who work and pay taxes are going to food banks because they can not afford food

their taxes from wages pay for the lazy rich

My sister in law works in a supermarket and has very little , she has never been abroad , nor does she have any nice clothes or go to the hairdressers she has been told she has to pay bedroom tax as her daughter moved out 6 months ago she is a nervous wreck , her son has also lost his EMA

Royals are rubbing peoples noses in their wealth

I don't know where you got the idea that Conservatives are to blame for the big to-do over the baby. I mean, it's nice that the kid was born healthy, but otherwise my friends and I couldn't care less. It was the media (almost entirely Liberal) that made the fuss.

Btw, since I am an American, I never did get the rich Royalty business. Maybe that's why we dumped King George back in the 1700's.

Speaking as a one conservatives no I didn't. Who cares. In this country we pay many times more for one Obama vacation then the Brits pay for the whole royal family for a year.

I'm either a conservative nor care about the monarchy, but you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.

The cost per capita to support the monarchy is only about $.80 per capita, while non-educational entitlement spending is around $7700 per capita. The poor pay for neither as this is appropriated from income taxes.

You guys recently made a BIG to-do over the birth of kate middleton's new baby, saying how special the new prince was, blah, blah, blah...

But...

What about the cold, hard FACT that even the WORKING POOR over there in England have to work to support a WEALTHY royal family, who don't do a thing these days except exist as figureheads and certain ceremonies (like knighting, etc.)???

You're ALWAYS beefing about society having to support the "lazy poor"... but what about cases like I've pointed out where those SAME lazy poor need to support wealthy royals, like it or not?
