I am thinking of a Tracey Island situation, like International Rescue where a Mega villain has built an Island with a disguised 2 mile long landing strip which disappears beneath palm trees and a swimming pool, he (or she) steals planes to add to his own fleet later, he probably has a big aquarium full of sharks and stuff too for any "survivors"...
