Can a 10 yr old see Hunger Games Catching Fire?

Yes she can there's not a lot of gore and blood there's only 15 min. at most in the movie and it takes a while ( at the hour mark about ) to get in the arena so if your sister does decide she doesn't want to watch it then go ahead and take her out of the theater. Depending on the theater and their volume controls it may cause you to jump for instance when Katniss shoots her arrows it is silent and then a loud swoosh and it can be startling if you don't expect it and when the baboons or monkeys come . Besides that it's pretty much fine. Hope this helps.

Yes it's fine for a 10 yr old! Check out my review of the Catching Fire movie here for more info: http://first-take.weebly.com/1/post/2013...

No. The film has a PG-13 rating.

No child should watch that, and any parent who takes a child is very irresponsible. It is bad parenting.

If you do not mind violence, bad acting and a foul plot then go ahead.

What is this nation coming to.

My dad is taking me and my 10 yr old sister to see Hunger Games Catching Fire. I was wondering if it would be okay for a mature 10 yr old girl. I was afraid my dad might say something about it while we are watching the movie. My sister doesn't get scared much and really loves the Hunger Games. I think she would like it but can she see it? I know it doesn't swear much or show really bad stuff but I just wanted to know. Thanks!
