Noah was a man who was told by God to build an arc and gather all the animals in pairs. He did so, saving all animal life from extinction when God flooded the earth.
Te Bible says that in a world taken over by evil, violence and corruption, Noah was a righteous man. However, Noah wasn't just a righteous man, he was the only follower of God left on the earth. The Bible says he was blameless among the people of his time. It also says he walked with God. Living in a society saturated with sin and rebellion against God, Noah was the only man alive that pleased God. His life of 950 years, exemplified obedience.
He was the man who built an Ark which God instructed him to because there was gonna be a great flood. He had to take his family and all male and female animals of every species.

I wrote a book about the subject. First, the name Noah has a meaning. Second Noah was a man of God. Noah was a type of Christ, Through Noah humanity got a second chance.
First, In the times of Noah man lifespan was superior than what it is now. Man could get to live beyond the 700 or 800 years bracket. This makes me think that man then was far more superior to actual man wether it be physically or intellectually. Its very likely that that civilzation was highly organized an they had sophistcated systems of communication. I believe they had technology much more advanced that was is here right now, in other words it wasnt a wishy washy iron and stone civilization. Think about it man was fresh on the earth. Its just llike a brand new car. So the science,technology and capacities of man in those days were superior to our days. Humanity in those days had more time on earth to get closer to God, to serve God. but instead they began to destroy themselves. Its very likely that they had weapons of mass destruction. But it was necesary for them to use them God simply wiped them out. Noah means rest. Through Noah God promised rest. The earth would rest from all the wickedness and blood shed that it was subject to. That wasnt the only thing
there was sorcey,withcraft,lesbianism, homosexualism, corruption of all kind and all levels. The society of those days had comercial and economic systems, political systems social cultural sytems
that totally became anti-God.
