Christopher- The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances (I mean you gotta admit, thats a classic now. Every Whovian is still asking random people "Are you my mummy?")
Tennant- Oh, so many to choose from! How about... The Library two part episodes (He meets one of the scariest aliens ever, his wife from the future, and then once you actually get to know River then rewatch those episode you are in TEARS!) Or maybe The Stolen Earth/Journeys End (He gets reunited with the love of his life... or rather regeneration... and we finally get some closure with Rose! I was so happy when she came back. Also, his regeneration was the saddest I had ever seen, I was randomly bursting into tears for days.) And one more... Blink! (I mean come on it was the debut of the Weeping Angels, the awesomest aliens ever. Also, Sally Sparrow was awesome and would have made a great companion!) Oh wait I almost forgot.. the one with the devil in it. Now THAT one was great!
Smith- Oh boy, just like with Tennant, there are so many to choose from! Vincent and the Doctor (Come on, I mean, the feels!) The Pandorica Opens/The Big Bang (That one was just FANTASTIC you don't even need an explanation for that one!) A Christmas Carol special (very creative and AWESOME) A Good man Goes to War (So much was explained, and it was sooooo goooood!) Lets kill Hitler (Because, well, Hitler) The Wedding of River Song (that one doesn't need an explanation either, so gooooood omg) Dinosaurs on a Spaceship (because dinosaurs!) The angels take manhatten (so sad! I cried almost as much as when Tennant regenerated!) Journey to the Centre of the Tardis (because we got to see the awesomeness of the Tardis) and finally, The day of the Doctor (combining two of the greatest Doctors and Rose into one episode? Couldn't even handle the awesomeness.) and I almost forgot, the Time of the Doctor. I wasn't really a fan of this episode, but then I thought about it. The Doctor gave up 300 years of his life (and at the time, his last regeneration!) To save the people of Trenzalore. Then his regeneration speech... the greatest monologue I had ever heard. I CAN'T HANDLE THE AWESOMENESS.

Matt - Never liked him as the Doctor..have no favourite episode.
I don't really have a favorite (I love em all) but these episodes really stood out to me.
9th - The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances
10th - Gridlock
11th - A Town Called Mercy
for christopher, the last episode w/him whatever its called. david, the one where they are in that library and the shadows eat people or whatev, and matt i guess i should say, lets kill Hitler. :P
