During the Precambrian era the earth was to hot to sustain life; this was a 4 billion year long period. The earth has only been around for 4.5 billion years: the Precambrian era accounts for 88% of geologic time. Life has only been here for 500 million. Human kind has only been here for 200,000 years.
The Universe is just like a cell. Tons of movement of planets orbiting, and reacting; almost like the small organelles of a cell. Life always gets bigger, and bigger, who's to say were not just on the inside of the cell of a highly advanced space whale, who uses stars for energy, and black holes, as a means to circulate it's nutrients?
