I love Supernatural but Doctor Who has the edge because it reinvents itself constantly. Supernatural has been around for almost 10 years now but in the last few seasons it seemed like they were just rehashing old plots - which brother will get sent to Hell or Purgatory this season? Whereas Doctor Who has a built in reinvention plot every couple of years with the Doctor regenerating so it's still fresh, fun and exciting after 50 years! :)
Doctof Who. Probably because it has a lot of history in it and after 50 yeard they still make new episode and ideas.
