Ben Russell and his sister Kelly grew up with an abusive drunk for a father. One night, Ben and his father got into a fight in his father's shed. Ben's father was knocked out and the shed was set on fire with him trapped inside. Ben pled guilty and served time for murder. Ben Rayburn, a former classmate of Ben Russell's, died in a car crash and Ben took his last name and Social Security number, so know one would ever know about his past.
Ben went to med school and married Jenna Kieran; they had a son named Max. At some point, Ben joined the army as a medic and became friends with Dylan McAvoy. Kelly told Jenna about Ben's past, and she divorced him, and fled to Australia with Max.
Stitch is responsible for the death of his father. He went to prison and paid for his crime. He tried to rescue his father from a burning barn but was unsuccessful, but we think now that he did actually kill him first, in a heated argument and brawl, before the barn went up in flames. I do not believe he intentionally went in there to kill his father. I find it hard to believe that ppl on the soap refer to him as a "killer" when he did not intend to kill his father. But do we know that for sure? There are other criminal offenses about to break in regards to Ben/Stitch, so he is definately in for some more trouble.
As usual Y&R drags things out to long they need to just get on with it and tell what happened But Kevin knows

I thought it was revealed that he killed a fellow student whose name was Ben Rayburn and took his name.
I think he and the real Ben Rayburn were friends and they were both in a car possibly Stitch was at the wheel drunk and had a wreck killing the real Ben.
He probably killed whoever was in the car with him in the crash/accident and went to jail for drunken driving etc..that is my opinion anyway.
I think we will here something about this next week or 2. but now it seems like it will be the Nikki storyline and maybe Phyllis storyline.
I think the writers are just making up stories as they go along. I am too tired of this long drag out waiting to find out what he did. Better yet I am so tired of all of the long drag out storylines!!!
We don't know maybe in another month the rate they are going JK .... they want us to keep tuning in.
And I wonder what info kevin found in the hospital computer.
That has not been revealed yet, but what I think is that he killed the real Ben Rayburn.
Why aren't they giving any details? Was it Kelly's son? They need to stop dragging this out.
