I think they're still funny, it's just not as new anymore, which makes regular-fun, less exciting.
A trend you see in a lot of modern-viewers is the desire to see something 'new', that kind of excludes long-running shows of course, since they have a set pattern(or it'd be really odd).
Frankly, I was a regular weekly viewer until about 10 years ago. I've tried to watch it a few times since then, but just don't see the old magic it once had. Just my opinion.
I am not sure because the Neil Gaimen episode was the only Simpsons episode I went out of my way to watch and it was good so I guess that would mean I agree
I have to agree... I cant think of too many tv shows that have been on more than ten years and stay fresh, and the simpsons have been on over twenty....
Before they used to be really funny but now they've kinda got stale in my opinion. What do you guys think?
