If we are going to rate rulers on a 'ridiculous' scale, I wouldn't put President Rouhani at the top of the list.

Mainly because if you were Persian/Iranian and your ethnicity or civilization was older than most you would not like it to be vilified or harassed in the news whether rightfully or wrongfully.
