We have a detention center at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba that may or may not be in the process of being closed. Also Cuba just got caught selling weapons and missile equipment to North Korea, which is kind of a hot topic issue right now. If he said he's being deployed to Cuba it would probably be Guantanamo Bay. We are not friendly with Cuba and any troops on the ground in Cuba would probably be considered an act of war.

I don't talk to him a lot because he lives in a different State, but does anybody maybe no why they might be sending troops to Cuba for? Like what are they going to be doing there?
