When I was in high school I didn't go to prom and i regret it every day of my life. Prom is a thing where u get to spend time with your friends before you all separate and go your own ways in life. after I graduated all the friends I had just up and practically disappeared and I regret not going and having fun dressing up, and just hanging out. But after I graduated I married this girl and I went to her prom and it was then that I really realized what I really missed out on.... So for what its worth go have fun and enjoy the moments like that cause thats what you look back on days down the road... But thats just me

regardless if it'll turn out "crap" or you're uninterested. just go to the prom for the sake of memories. i don't this is old and overused but this holds true in such occasions, "you will regret the stuff you didn't do than the ones you did do."

Just go. Even if the experience will be bad, at least you've got something to tell your grandchildren someday. Or it could even be better than what you have been expecting.

If you're even considering it, then you obviously have nothing else planned that night. So why even question it ... Maybe it will be **** ... But maybe it will be awesome. Sack up, be a guy, ask a girl to go, and enjoy being young. Go find out if it sucks rather then being the idiot 50 year old sitting in the chair wondering why you never did ****.

Go! Even if it is crap you'll have fun! Go with friends , eat and listen to music! Even dance if ur feelin crazy!
