Interesting question. Inititaly, I want to say Watergate is worse because of the deceipt against the American people, perpetrated by a paranoid president.. However , when innocent children are molested, and people look the other way--well, to me this is heinous. I understand denial, the inability to process heinous crimes against children. So yes, the Penn state is worse, far worse.

Those are totally different crimes thus you can not compare one to the next.
