Nope, two guys who made a whole bunch of foolish judgements leading up to a confrontation that should never have happened. @ Kaleigh. Zimmerman had a bunch of people that gave Zimmerman positive references. The prosecution fought real hard at pre-trial to keep Martins past history out of the trial. The judge ruled for the prosecution in this matter unless the prosecution "opened the door" in this matter. This tied the hands of the prosecution. They couldn't call any charecter witnesses because it would have opened that door and the defense would have shown Martins propensity for fighting, assault and general disrespect. The "child" issue would have been out the window. Btw, the defense argued hard to have both past histories included. Their arguement was that their client was facing a Murder 2 charge and everything should be put on the table. A real break for the prosecution. Really surprised everybody when the judge gave her ruling. The defense was pissed and rightly so considering the charge.

There were no character witnesses for Trayvon Martin, only for Zimmerman. Some things that were put in the media were very confusing, but if you look at the straight facts, no character witnesses for Zimmerman either, things don't add up from my perspective.
That is, they don't add up in Zimmerman's interest. He recanted on his original statement and when asked about specifics again, he gave different explanations.
The fact is that Trayvon is dead, Zimmerman did kill him. That's clear as day. It's just figuring out if Trayvon is really as "innocent" as his parents make him out to be. Which I highly doubt.
