Maybe you can get a lawyer to prove the cops had no search warrant to search the shed and I am assuming they didn't show up with a search warrant and if this is the case then get a good lawyer to jump right on it before he makes some kind of deal that might be a big mistake.
All your dad has to say is that the weed isn't his. Better still, advise him to say that the shed isn't his either, that it suddenly just appeared beside the house one day without so much as a by-your-leave. They'll have to let him go. Just wait and see.
They're taking him to jail because the weed was found on his property, yes it is legal. You're a minor, he's not, he gets in trouble for it.
Your dad is in trouble, but don't you young people worry...daddy will take care of it. You guys did not care about the trouble this would/could cause, so long as you guys were doing just what you wanted to, and PISS on everyone else...this is exactly why I did not have kids...as with a lot of my friends, you guys are to much trouble, costing parents a lot of money and trouble....not worth the gamble.
It's legal to do that because it's his house and he's responsible!
My brother threw a bonfire tonight and it was more than 16 people that came well the cops show up and they found weed at our shed and now they are taking my dad to jail when he didn't do anything. Is that legal and if so how long will he stay
