I dont think anyone else but Hitler would have been able to do what he did. He could very easy have been killed in the 1st WW.

terms of the peace treaty were highly unfair to them as the losers.)
The German people were deeply resentful of having to shoulder all of the blame for
a war that many nations had caused.

someone else would have appeared to provide that leadership.
There would not have been a Holocaust with six million Jews murdered, along
with large numbers of homosexuals and Roma, but another war was inevitable.
The actions of the French. under Clemenceau, made that a certainty.

bad - germany was primed for any megalomaniac to take power and who knows what good person would have been lost.
along with other innocent children, would it have been a good or bad thing and why?
