It was carried out by extreme Islamist Terrorists,but in the years since there have been attempts by apologists of the terrorists to try and play down their action.
But don't be fooled. Everything happened exactly as reported. The government did not plant any explosive or any of these wild claims.

There is no conspiracy, al-Qaeda did it, there were 6 al-Qaeda related attacks prior to 9/11/01 under Bill Clinton, including the FIRST WTC bombing in 1993. Al Qaeda popped up on the U.S. radar during the Battle of Mogadishu in 1992 also known as Black Hawk Down. In 1998, Clinton had the chance to deal with Osama bin Laden and he didn't do it, even after the simultaneous bombings of the U.S. embassies in Tanzania and Kenya, Africa. These attacks lasted into 2000, when al-Qaeda attacked the U.S.S. Cole in Aden Harbor, Yemen the summer before 9/11/01. There were victims on those planes, conspiracy types make big money off of this tragedy even though science, a trail of evidence leading to Osama bin Laden [including taking credit for it in 2006] has proven this was not an inside job. One of their other theories is the controlled demolition of WTC 7, which is also untrue. WTC was 400 feet away from the Twin Towers, which were each 1,400 feet high, just do the math; the impact of the collapsing buildings and the proximity of WTC 7 to them is what caused the damage to WTC 7, not some demolition from inside.
People can say whatever they want. It doesn't make them right. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence and hte people making claims like "no passengers" have nothing but delusions, no evidence of any kind.
Remember, these people are driven by ideologically based belief systems and lack the ability to reason or think rationally. They behave like religious fundamentalists. They never back up their claims when challenged because they can't. They don't even know how.
Human remains from all four aircraft were recovered by the way. All those aboard Flights 77 and 93 and some of those aboard 11 and 175.
Do not get into discussions with people who make these ridiculous claims. There is no point as they have made no case to argue.
The under bellies of all passenger aircraft have a smooth surface for aerodynamic reasons. Look closely at the bottom of the first plane to hit the WTC. You can plainly see that there are 2 pods attached to the bottom of the plane.
There is nothing to be confused about.

The claims of the 9/11 conspiracy nuts have been disproved again and again but they won't listen because in their minds, if you don't agree with them, you're part of the government conspiracy.

The US government released a policy document two years before the events of 9/11: the document was entitled "Project for a New American Century"(PNAC). In that document, which called for US military bases in Iraq and Afghanistan, they lamented the fact that only another Pearl Harbor would allow them to get the support of the US public for their plans.
It is explained in many of the documentaries on the subject. The planes that hit the towers were not the planes that were hijacked. Look carefully at the footage: the planes had no markings on them. They were not civilian aircraft. The list of discrepancies in the event goes on.
I guess the biggest problem is, where are the families of the dead people? Everyone say's they don't know these people? But, forget about that...........Who told you that planes were involved in 9/11?
Because hippies smoke too much and create these crazy conspiracy theories. Also people make these stupid shows and movies saying how it was a conspiracy because guess what they make money from it. It's sick but it's the world we live in.

I know I have asked about 9/11. But I am still so confused.
How can people say that there were no passengers on any of the 4 planes that crashed that day. How? Why would the victims (of the planes) family members pretend that they lost loved ones in such horrific ways? It just doesn't make sense.
Then to say it was all fake because absolutely no bodies and/or body parts were found from any of the plane crash sites.
Why would people want to make this horrible day as something that was fake and known about by the government.
What am I missing here????
