Do you think he should get his job back? especially being a Dcotor?
Realistically- Stitch used another person's name when he applied to get into unviersity and then medical school and when he graduated from med school he signed someone else's name. This means that his medical license he obtained is invalid due to fraud and would be nullifed, legally he is not a doctor and any patient he treated could sue him for malpractice. The hospital board would terminate his license on the spot and he would be evicted from his job, not to mention he'd be turned over to the police facing a slew of felony fraud charges.
However this show isn't based in reality so I bet dollars to pennies he will get his job back with Victor's help. Why do I get the feeling Victor will "help" Stitch to benefit himself? I really can picture Victor bribing the board to bring Stitch back under the conditon Stitch alters Victoria's DNA test to make it look like Stich not Billy is the father.... Victor never does anything that doesn't help him in the long run.
I think he will get his job back.. Sure he should get his job back because I don't think everything that has been told is not the truth.
I read on Yahoo news that Meredith Baxter is returning as a drunk and gets Nikki drawn back in. I have a theory of this woman I think Ian is behind her coming to GC and to get Nikki drawn in to drinking.
I think Ian might blow up the town and Dr. Barton Shelton will give Ben a permission to treat everyone.
I think Stitch will get his job back and I also think there is more to his story that he hasn't said ...... he could have been abused, it could have been self defense, maybe he is covering for his mother ..... he could have a mental block.
Side note ..... Meredith Baxter is joining Y&R as a drinking buddy of Nikki's and she is suppose to have ties in GC with someone ...... maybe Stitch's mother? maybe Mariah's?
There will be a lot of legal red tape that Stitch would have to go through before he could possibly be a doctor again. First of which is that he might be charged with identity theft, since he has been living under a dead man's identity. And if he gets out of that one, the state may not issue him a medical license under his true identity, because he is a convicted felon. So there is a good chance that he may not return to the hospital as a doctor. He would also may be stripped of all his vet benefits as well, since he served under his false name.
Will the "board" want him back?
