I think Newman is just in there to buy out another Business's. So they can own more.

I think Newman Enterprises does a lot of things, I know they have a cosmetic line, a clothing line as well as various subsidaries in Asia.
Victor is the CEO (not the owner, that would be the stockholders)- He manages the day to day things at the company.
They make cosmetics and perfumes, just like Jabot. They also developed a clothing line as well.
It's more of a Construction business and buying other business out to compete with others
They have their hands in a little of everything.
They really never explained it on the show what do Victor really do there? We all know Jabot is a fashion company but what does Newman do?
