because they would get their *** kicked. much easier to pick on a disorganized, unmotivated Iraq forces. Remember Israel took on Syria and Egypt at the same time. Just stating facts, ISIS would be met with overwhelming force by a highly trained force and very highly motivated. Israel would look at it as a chance to destroy an enemy without much backlash since as you say they where attacked. And they would destroy them.
Because the longer they keep the West out of their march the more they can take.
