Colin Baker was the first Doctor I saw when I started watching Doctor Who. When I met Colin Baker at a convention last year I wanted to say something really clever to him but I got star struck and all I could say to him was 'You were my first Doctor.' He must have heard that line a thousand times but he was very sweet about it.
Tom Baker. I suspect he's "The Doctor" for most Americans.

I know everyone says "your" Doctor is the one you first saw, but I first saw Tom Baker and yet Patrick Troughton is "my" Doctor.
