4chan, It's not a joke website but the people there can be funny and a little sarcastic. It's an imageboard there are many boards the most popular is /b/ the random board. 4chan is not a sfw website and is supposed to be viewed by adults.(They do have boards that are safe for work it's just the entire website is 18+).
I miss OmishDonkey. Best ever. I don't think it's up anymore but they had the most HILARIOUS videos from all around the internet. Me and my brother used to just get on that site and just laugh our butts off.
