Because all scifi tv shows which are revered as great scifi, are basically space opera, in that they're just horse opera in space.

( Not to be confused with Space Opera meaning crappy melodrama in space.)

it just isn't for you. It was a fabulous show. I found it very intense in its own way and very intelligent

so don't watch it if you don't like it. nobody is forcing you to.

I have tried watching 5 episodes of this thing. At this point I think I would rather watch paint dry then watch another. What in the world gives? This show gets better ratings then Battlestar Galatica and Star Trek. What am I missing? This show is terrible!
