It's called 'reality television' for a reason....
All Reality shows are fake to an extent. Producers will try to get them to stage fights, get them drunk to add drama.They will hammer into their heads to get the reaction they want(Get them to cry, get them to fights and go crazy etc). All Reality shows are all about the Drama and entertainment.
if you notice in Wife Swap there is always drama and most of them don't like eachother. Yes that's staged for the most part.
I'm fairly certain all shows of that style are fairly heavily edited (and scripted) to make them more marketable, I really don't think that there is a lot of 'reality' involved.
'Wipe Swap?' I know it was only a typo, but it sounds like some sort of really sick site!
I think its all staged...
