It's definitely not like Gossip Girl maybe it has one or two things alike but not much. One Tree Hill is about a group of friends who go through life and it's a great show with 9 seasons which will definitely get you hooked.
Watch 'Life Unexpected'' instead. This is one of the best shows ever . I really can't explain the emotions i have gone through while watching this show. I'm just 23 but this show makes we wanna have a daughter someday. You will cry, laugh,smile ......Trust me you would love it.
Great writing ,brilliant actors, lovable characters . The actors brought life into those characters. Most important of all the show is very realistic.
This generation is so much into vampires,aliens,wolfs,sluts and other cheesy stuff . But this show is so different from them, very realistic. I honestly can never let go of those characters. They will always be in my heart for the rest of my life.
It's actually not too bad. I'm not sure how similar it is to gossip girl (because I can't stand gossip girl...) but in the sceme of soap operas, it's a pretty original one. as original as 2002 can be... But characters are original and good-looking, plot is a bit slow at first but you'll get into it... Oh and great moral messages at the end and beginning. I just finished season one and it took me forever but I didn't mind it one bit. You'll definitely squeal when the couple you likes finally gets together. I had some squeal moments. It's pretty good haha.
