Yes. ALL reality shows are, to some extent. The Kardashians are the most selfish, vile, pieces of trash to ever exist. I would rather befriend Hitler (at least he cared about HIS OWN people) rather than Kim Kardashian (who only cares about Kim Kardashian). Their mother is a whole different kind of trash. She's the kind that would be selling herself in the streets for $20 a hit if she weren't a horrible rich person. Actually, she might still sell herself. I wouldn't put it past her. She turned her children into people-trash, so nothing's impossible.
Not necessarily 'scripted' in that they are not told exactly what to say. But all of the scenes are set up in advance and they are told what the point of the scene is, but they use their own words

Yes some of it, but not all. They need to have drama or something to make it more interesting. Some of the scenes are reenacted as well.
