You have to downgrade internet explorer 11 to at ie10 then you will be able to log in. But in my case the problem is after logging in, they are showing only Agriculture Engg as options available and no B.Tech options is available.

Most of the time, i cannot open it neither; because of the glitch which is yet to be fixed.
but no one in the authority seems to care about it

When i open the link to fill choices, it prompts for the compatible browser.When i click ok it opens the home page again even if the browser is compatible.
