If you are talking about Y&R ..No Sharon is not leaving the SO. She is one of the main characters and there are no words on her leaving.

Also I think Michael will survive his Cancer scare too

I don't think so. I hope Nick forgives her and they get married. She was of her meds when everything happen. and beside it would burn Victor up, serve him right for butting in everyone's business and not looking after Nicky like he should.
