No Victor found her and put her to work scaring Sharon. He wants to know the secret that Sharon has and he hired this girl to find out that in fact Sharon pushed Phyllis down the stairs. Sharon messed up the DNA test about Summer. She didn't want Summer to be Nick's daughter now since she exchanged the DNA it makes it appear that Jack's daughter. Its one big mess. Seems like this look alike Cassie wanted out of this mess but Victor black mailed her into still work for him .. She must of did something in Portland that he is holding over her head.

The real Cassie is dead and she comes as a ghost now and then.
Victor was at CL and "Cassie" bumped into him (literally) he was amazed at how much she looked like his grand-daughter, and he decided to hire her to gaslight Sharon. "Cassie" has been lurking outside of Sharon's home for a month now, Victor decided to call it off but "Cassie" dangled the fact that Sharon had a secret, he now wants her strictly to find out the secret and report it back to him then she is to leave town with the money he gave her.
CG admitted that Cassie is not a ghost, and she isn't a long lost twin and she was impressed by who "Cassie" really is, she said she hasn't been this excited in a long time.
Is the real Cassie alive? Its possible, I mean we did see her monitors go off and she flatlined, but it can be explained that someone went back into the room and carried her out to another hospital where she was in a coma for a long time (ala Taylor on Bold and Beautiful) and she is now back but with no idea who she is.
Time will tell though.

I only got to see the part when Sharon realizes that Cassie isnt dead and Cassie runs out. Did I miss anything else? Is it really her?
