Shows or movies with female leads are not necessarily for women exclusively any more than shows with male leads are exclusively for men. Buffy is a good show, or at least was when I watched it when it came out. I'm not sure how its held up,

I never understood the logic, first of all, not everything you do is sexual, you're a person too. but let's follow the logic for a moment, watching female action-heroes, get sweaty, is gay?
And watching male action-heroes get sweaty, is not gay?
If you were to watch tv purely on a sexual basis wouldn't that be the other way around, that MEN like watching WOMEN, and GAY MEN, like watching MEN?

Basically, my friend (who is a guy) started watching Buffy and I personally find it kinda weird because I thought that it was only for girls or gay guys? It features a female protagonist and most shows that have a female protagonists are for girls so yeah...
His defense is, is that movies like 'The Hunger Games' also have a female protagonists but people still watch it..
He said he was ok with me asking this because he wants honest opinions as well on what kind of guy watches Buffy :p
