Rumors and nonsense. Bob Marley died of the deadly form of skin cancer called melanoma. The cancer began in his big toe and he initially refused treatment (amputation.) By the time he changed his mind it was too late. The cancer had already spread to several vital organs in his body, including the lungs, stomach and brain.

Bob Marley really died from a form of skin cancer (melanoma) that was malignant. This form of melanoma was located under his the nail of his toe, primarily caused by an injury from a football match in 1977. He refused to get his toe amputated, and by the time he changed his mind, it was too late.

The melanoma had already spread to his lungs, brain which caused his death.

According to Wikipedia, “While flying home from Germany to Jamaica, Marley’s vital functions worsened. After landing in Miami, FL, he was taken to the hospital for immediate medical attentions.” Also “his final words were to his song Ziggy Marley, saying “Money can’t buy Life.”

That's just a rumor Bob Marley died of cancer.

Some say that Bob Marley died from cancer but there is another story: Bob's dad slapped his mum so he stood up to his father and said that he should of done that so his dad shot him?.... i know the other story sounds stupid but i cant explain things well :/
