In the books Sansa is eleven at the start of the series. On the show I believe she's supposed to be thirteen.
13 or 14. In the books she is a little younger. In season 2 episode 9 Cersei asks her how old she is and she says she is 14. The actress who plays her (Sophie Turner) has just turned 18.
In the books she's 12, but they made all of the children a few years older in the show so probably 13-14.
