Haley has been different it started long before Christmas, and she'll be fine throughout it.

This is them trying to get ratings up, not make people aware .
It is a storyline that's been done alot BUT Eastenders are trying to raise some awareness about the horrible disease. Carol fits the description of someone who has a high chance of developing breast cancer, she's a female in her fifties, has a family history of the disease and she has a hectic lifestyle which may contribute to her getting the disease. Nobody on Albert Square is ever gonna have a nice Christmas. They make my family look normal, nobody in my house threw a turkey at the Christmas tree or framed somebody or murder lol.
But I think they should focus on a man getting some form of cancer,just a thought as men suffer from it too.
Probably not, but you know how EE loves to spread misery at Christmas. There is always the off button I suppose.
For sure, assuming people stick with the soap, this storyline has been done before ..... !

How many hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people are watching TV at Christmas in the UK? I image quite a number of people will be watching.
Don't you think it's a good way to get a message across to those women that are unsure of what to do?
If you don't want to be reminded of such things, don't watch it. It's that simple.
The story has been done before with Peggy Mitchell so why revise it again. Still it gives Bianca's mother another excuse to walk around with a face like a smacked backside.

I'm sure that there are many women suffering from this cruel disease that watch this soap-they really don't need reminding of it !!
