Technically no, the character Rose Tyler doesn't come back. The Actress who plays Rose Tyler comes back in the Anniversary. The 50th anniversary has this holographic thing using Rose Tyler's image for something, I don't really remember, but the point is Rose Tyler doesn't and probably very most likely will never come back.

She only comes back in the 50th anniversary special in season 7.

So I just finished season 4 in where she came back and I thought she would end up staying with him but sadly it didn't happen. I'm just wondering if she will come back in the future seasons and what episode? How long will she be in for? (no spoilers please)
